Orders which do not exceed the maximum dimensions and weight of the packaged box size restrictions as imposed by your local postal authority can be shipped to all International countries. Where the orders exceed the box size restriction, we will email you to propose other options.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Check list for returning model plane:
-All plane parts are in its original packaging;
-All plane parts are in brand new, re-sellable condition;
-All parts in its original packaging, and secured with transparent stickers to avoid movement during transportation;
-Inner box and outer carton are in good condition;
-Decal sticker, Instruction manual is included;
-No dirt/ scratch/ finger mark on the product;
-No missing hardware and accessories;
-Mark FRAGILE and TOP LOAD on the outer carton, to avoid potential damage during transportation.
Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.
If your item has a minor blemish that does not compromise its function and can be easily repaired by you, please contact us. We might offer you a store credit for a future purchase if you keep the item and repair it yourself. If you decide not to accept this offer, you can return the part to us at your expense.
If the item(s) you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. You can get replacement for the same model by report defective item(s) by email within 48 hours after receiving the order.
Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise can also be returned to us for manufacturer warranty repairs where applicable.
We suggest that you contact us prior to taking any action.
If any wrong items were received, report wrong item(s) by email within 48 hours after receiving the order. Return the item(s) to us such as airmail in its original condition and package without any scratch, we will send the correct item(s) after we received the returned item(s). We will only bare shipping cost less than or equal to cost of ordinary freight cost.
No refund will be arranged for products purchased over 30 days ago.
Goods returned are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee;
Refunds will be given to the original credit card used to pay the item being returned, or we will mail you a check if you paid by check or money order. PayPal refunds will be given for PayPal payments. We will refund the exact amount we owe you. We will not pay any PayPal fees you might need to pay to withdraw or accept the money in your PayPal account.
Refunds will be subjected to the discretion of the Management.
